Our Team

Ron earned his Air Conditioning Engineering and Business Management degree in 1979 at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.  Prior to his college education, Ron attended Norwich Technical High School where he studied air conditioning while he was employed as an A/C technician with a local air conditioning and heating company.  Ron incorporated Expert Air Advice, Inc. in 1986.

Ron was born in CT and has resided in South Florida since 1980 with his wife, Debbie who maintains the bookkeeping duties for the company.

Randy joined Expert Air Advice, Inc. in 2003 bringing a strong understanding of mechanical and technical experience, as well as a focus on superior customer service and support which has provided excellent customer satisfaction to our company.

Randy was born in Denver and has resided in South Florida since 1996.

Dave began his career with Expert Air Advice, Inc. in 2005, with 4 years past experience in the air conditioning and heating industry as a service technician and installer with Crane Air Conditioning.

Dave is a South Florida native , married and the Father of two.

Anthony is the newest member of our team bringing 17 years of field experience with Air Magic and Crane Air Conditioning.

Anthony is a native Floridian.

Emily began her employment in 2012 and is responsible for keeping day to day operations running smoothly for our very important customers and our team of service providers.

Emily was born in CT and has resided in South Florida since 1985.

Debbie is Ron’s wife and has been maintaining the bookkeeping duties for Expert Air Advice, Inc. since the start of the business.

Debbie was born in Wisconsin and has resided in South Florida since 1980.

Lulu is working hard when she isn’t sleeping on her bed at the office or begging for treats.
